Strong work ethic. 2.Ability to handle all duties in a professional & responsible manner. 3.Positive attitude with regards to students, staff and administration. 4.Ability to maintain confidentiality. 5.Supportive of Public Education. 6.Ability to be adaptable and work with many personalities. 7.Ability to handle multiple tasks, multiple priorities and various paperwork requirements. 8.Understand the importance of customer service. 9.Associate’s Degree or meet the MDE definition of Highly Qualified. GENERAL JOB INFORMATION:School Year Position. 6.5 hours per day.
