Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our team as an Agency Owner. As an Agency Owner, you will lead and develop a team of sales professionals, driving growth and success within your assigned territory. You will have the opportunity to build and expand your own business while representing Colonial Life's suite of voluntary benefits products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth and expand market presence.
  • Cultivate relationships with businesses and organizations to identify opportunities for voluntary benefits solutions.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales team members to optimize performance and professional development.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership or entrepreneurship.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and growing a business.
  • Life and Health insurance license (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
