Job Description
- 5 Day work week
- Top Sales Professionals earn 100K a year
- Use a CRM to prospect, manage customer base, and follow up with all customers (VinSolutions)
- Be the first point of contact for sales customers on social media and in person! Willing to communicate by text, phone or email consistently!!!
- Close deals
- Assist service department in directing customers and answering questions
- Meet acceptable levels of sales production as determined by Sales Managers
- Grow your customer base through continuous prospecting, always be looking for new opportunities to meet new customers inside and outside the dealership
- Open, honest communication with Customers and Management
- Train and be trained as necessary
