Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing expert guidance on Garage Doors and Fence products for retail sale and contract installations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales and ensure repeat business
- Handle inquiries, process orders, and provide accurate quotes tailored to customer needs
- Research and develop new product lines to add to the retail side of sales
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Stay up to date with industry trends, pricing, and product developments
- Manage installations and communications with both customers and installers
- Provide strong professional customer service to our clients
- Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- At least 3-5 years' of sales experience
- Sales experience in materials, contracting, or related industries preferred
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work, and manage customers accounts efficiently
- Detail oriented with a focus on delivering top notch service
- Proficiency in CRM systems and basic office software
