Colony Brands, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for qualified candidates to join our Sun Prairie Distribution Center team as a Lead. Our Seasonal Leads are responsible for overseeing and preparing individual components to process and ship orders for our customers of our non-food catalogs including Montgomery Wards, Seventh Avenue, and Country Door.
Job Responsibilities of a Seasonal Lead (Not intended to be an all-inclusive list)
● Provides training across multiple departments.
● Monitors accuracy of employees’ work.
● Coordinates and maintains the activities of a particular area or department.
● Track all inventory through the use of radio frequency (RF) scanners to ensure accurate inventory.
● Maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
