Customer Service and Data Entry

Customer Service and Data Entry position. Our facility manufactures specialty caulk for local and international customers. Our employees are our number one asset. Position Overview: Under the direction of the Supervisor this position is responsible for general support of customer service, customer orders, and data entry. Qualified candidates will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Customer relations (In-person, Phone, Email)
• Data/Order Entry (Accuracy)
• Process Verification
• Answer phone promptly
• Professional correspondence with customers
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to maximize efficiency
• Ability to be flexible with position responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED, and up to one-year related experience or training preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Able to speak fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• One-year minimum employment with a current or past employer.
• Work successfully in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to effectively work in a team environment

The starting hourly wage is $15.00 based on experience. Health benefits, paid vacation, paid holiday(s), no overtime required, climate-controlled environment.
Hours: M-F, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
