Key Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families, creating a welcoming environment for diverse backgrounds.
• Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy based on the unique needs and circumstances of each client, fostering healing and resilience.
• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans, supporting stable functioning and empowering clients in their mental health journey.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning, contributing expertise to enhance client care.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and adjust as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care, including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists.

Requirements

• Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
• Provisional license per state regulation if required.
• Prior experience working in mental health settings, preferably in a clinical role.
• Strong passion for mental health and commitment to providing high-quality care.
• Dedication to ongoing professional development in mental health.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families.

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
