Qualifications
Early childhood experience is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for working with children.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Various Duties
Supervise children in the classroom and on the playground at all times.
Demonstrates ethical behavior and confidentiality of information.
Implement age-appropriate activities, including games, crafts, songs, and stories.
Assist with daily routines, such as meal times, nap time, and playtime.
Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
Performs other duties / assignments as assigned by the child care director or designee.
