Some of What You'll Do:
This position provides services to families based on the High Fidelity Wraparound model of care. The Family Support Partner (FSP) will meet with families in their homes, agency, and community settings, and will work collaboratively with the Care Coordinator and community members. Must be able to work flexible and on call hours.

What We Require:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Be willing to use own lived experience as a biological/adoptive/step parent, kin or other "forever" person in the parent role of a youth with emotional or behavioral challenges to provide hope and peer support to other families experiencing similar challenges.
  • Registration in Washington State as a Peer Support Counselor is required upon hire.
  • Able to engage and collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a multi-state background check.
  • Lived experience as a parent/guardian/caregiver of a child, grandchild, or youth who has been a recipient of intensive behavioral health services.
  • Effective use of technology and software including but not limited to: computers, phones, email, EMR, etc.
  • Ability to work with difficult cases and vulnerable populations.
  • Be helpful, respectful, approachable and team-oriented.
  • Effective time management including but not limited to: planning ahead where possible and be punctual in person and work performed.
  • Build strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
  • Be receptive to feedback, willing to learn, and embrace continuous improvement.
  • Complete all documentation, reporting, and other paperwork per agency standards.
  • Attend all appropriate staff, organizational, and external meetings (as assigned).
  • Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Salary: $19.67

This position is a part of a union (OPEIU Local 11)

We offer all permanent full time employees:

Medical, Dental and Vision paid in full for employees and children beginning the 1st of the month following 30 days of full-time employment. Spousal/Significant other coverage at a nominal cost to employee of just $46.95 per month.
