Accounting Clerk

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our Accounting team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as proficiency in Excel. This role is essential in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the overall financial operations of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry for vehicle sales and Inventory purchasing.
• Conduct schedule reconciliation and account reconciliation tasks.
• Maintain general ledger accounting and journal entries to ensure accuracy.
• Report and file for 8300 to IRS when appropriate.
• Handle Finance Product sales billing monthly.
• package vehicle sales contracts for Banks, monitor CIT payments.
• Assist sales in any missing documents for deal packets.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of technical accounting concepts and financial services.
• Experience with double entry bookkeeping and debits & credits is essential.
• Excellent math skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry and account analysis.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
