**$10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time Day Shift RN**
Job Description: Coordinates the clinical activities in the department in conjunction with the Clinical Supervisor and Manager to provide quality patient care. The Charge Nurse will assist with implementation of policies and procedures, and departmental initiatives to help ensure continuity and quality nursing care for all patients. The Charge Nurse will provide professional nursing care to patients in the department as needed.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Current, valid and unrestricted RN license from NC or compact state.
- ACLS and BLS certification.
- CPI will be required within 3 months of hire.
- Incumbent will be required to demonstrate age-specific competency for patients, ranging from adult to geriatric.
Preferred: BSN, MSN
Experience: A minimum of two years of related nursing experience is required. Demonstrated supervisory and administrated potential. Given training and on-the-job experience, incumbent should be proficient in the basic aspects of the job within 3 months. Verbal communications skills. Interpersonal skills. Organizational skills. Self-directed and motivated. Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
