We are currently seeking a Project Manager (REMOTE) to work with the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, MD.

The US base salary for this full-time position is $66/hr benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Responsibilities
As a Program Manager you will be responsible for supporting the direction and priorities of the CIT leadership team in the planning, execution and monitoring of strategic interdisciplinary programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. You will ensure that programs stay on track, deadlines are met, and project resources are allocated effectively and communication flows smoothly between team members and stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
- Develops project management documentation.
- Monitors and reports progress to project owners.
- Conducts project analysis and reports to upper management.
- Develops and tracks project budgets.
- Researches project management best practices and new industry standards.
- Provides subject matter expertise and support to other project managers.
- Develops overarching program and project management standards to ensure consistency and quality.
- Reviews and evaluates project management documentation.
- Reviews and evaluates progress to project owners.
- Reviews and evaluates project budgets.
- Acts as a liaison with other agencies and organizations when necessary for project completion.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Management Information Systems and Statistics or related field)
- Certifications: Certified Change Practitioner
- Software: SharePoint - MS Office
- Skills: Project management, website content management - Meeting minutes/summary reports - Executive level support - Meeting coordination - Data analysis - Budget
