The Columbus Torah Academy in Columbus, Ohio (www.torahacademy.org) is looking for a part-time Math and Science teacher for its all-girls' high school program for the 2023-2024 school year. Columbus Torah Academy, an independent K-12 Jewish day school accredited by ISACS, is located on the east side of Columbus.
100% of Columbus Torah Academy's graduates attend college, and the vast majority of students come from families of college-educated parents. Approximately 40% of our student body qualifies for free or reduced fee lunch.
The open position is for a part-time Math and Science teacher; Math instruction may include Algebra or Geometry, and the Science opening is for a Biology class. Class sizes will be limited to less than 10 students; the teacher can expect to enjoy a warm relationship with their students.
