What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Supervisor - MMG OBGyn position at Comanche County Hospital Authority?
DEFINITION:
Supervises, coordinates, plans, delegates, informs, communicates, directs, interprets, approves, organizes, prepares, verifies, maintains, reviews, processes, handles, audits: personnel, data records, etc., all functions related to accounts receivable, admission-dismissals, communication, cashiering, filing and patient account services: Physician clinic treats a variety of age ranges to include infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Five (5) years supervisors experience: up to two (2) years accounts receivable experience.
Hospital background is an asset.
Must be literate in use of computers such as accounting, word processing, etc.
High School graduation with two years of college with emphasis on business courses preferred.
