The Analyst, Enterprise Procurement will be an important part of the enterprise team and will foster collaboration to tackle new challenges in a positive manner. The individual will innovatively execute not only on the opportunities for today, but also be involved in developing solutions for problems that the company may not even have defined yet.

Core Responsibilities
- Support the Professional Services category to achieve the company’s go-to-market objectives and savings targets
- Support, and eventually lead, significant market facing activity including large Request for Proposal (RFPs), negotiations, and financial analysis
- Leverage and enhance advanced analytics to drive team objectives including savings, supplier performance
- Support programs within the Enterprise Procurement team to improve customer experience, increase automation, and enhance speed to market
- Conducts various statistical and financial reports, as assigned. Gathers analysis and creates reports.
- Assists in budgeting, forecasting, variance analyses and related reports, as assigned.
- Conducts financial research, analyzes financial performance against objectives and determines emerging financial trends.
- Maintains statistical/financial databases.
- Performs additional Business Operations duties and tasks as required.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Creative thinking and the ability to articulate a plan across the organization
- Comfortable challenging the status quo and proposing and owning solutions
- Experience and/or desire to work in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment
- Experience and/or keen interest and mindset to learn about the technology industry, procurement, and finance domains
- Use financial and analytical acumen to deconstruct and solve complex business problems
- Comfortable working in matrixed environment and managing internal and external executive stakeholders
- Comfortable working across geographies and time-zones in an environment where diversity of opinion and experience are harnessed for better business outcomes
- Superior presentation skills with the ability to logically explain complex financial and technology concepts to a wide audience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or equivalent required, advanced degree strongly preferred
- Must be willing to work in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
