Core Responsibilities
- Help manage day to day execution and management of DRTV campaign and reporting for start-ups
- Partner closely on media strategy and execution across Comcast & NBC Universal owned inventory to launch and optimize participant campaigns
- Analyze and interpret extensive performance data to help refine strategies, channel performance and optimize all media buys to achieve efficiency goals
- Assist with the development of strategy, and oversee all execution, growth, performance measurement and attribution
- Work closely with accounting to track media spend, invoicing, and AR/AP process
- Researches market conditions specific to area of focus to determine potential sales of product and provides research on behalf of customer.
- Gathers data on competitors; analyzes and compares such competitive factors.
- Prepares and submits statistical reports, graphic illustrations of findings and action plan recommendations to marketing research management.
- Collects, examines and analyzes statistical data using computer modeling techniques to forecast future marketing trends.
- Maintains updates on marketing research and new developments through contacts with educational institutions, professional organizations, publications and vendors.
- Understands and practices various statistical concepts, research data, standards and practices.
- Works directly with cross-functional teams and department leadership to create research presentations and summaries.
- Assists Representatives in developing research skills.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a direct marketing related role, preferably with both online and offline channel experience
- Excellent analytical skills with an ability to interpret internal and external performance data in an ROI driven business
- A passion for testing and measuring results
- Understanding of website factors for campaign performance (email capture, lifecycle marketing, CTAs, etc)
- Proven ability to convert customers online using offline channels
- Desire to immerse yourself and learn about offline/online marketing best practices, skills and performance based marketing
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
- Excellent project management skills
- Be self-motivated and able to execute on new ideas, start to finish, with appropriate partners and feedback from peers/executives
- Passion and enthusiasm in everything you do. Be hungry to solve problems and learn.
- Proficiency in Excel

Salary:
Pay Range: $65,472.86 - $98,209.29
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
