Job Description:
Marshall is seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to join our team. This position offers flexible hours with a consistent daily schedule of 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM and 7:30 PM - 9:30 PM, seven days a week. As a caregiver at Marshall, your primary responsibility will be to assist individuals with daily living activities and ensure their comfort, safety, and well-being.

As a caregiver at Marshall, your primary responsibility will be to assist individuals with daily living activities and ensure their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
- Help with mobility assistance, including the use of lifting equipment such as Hoyer lifts.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns.
- Assist with light housekeeping duties and meal preparation.
- Administer medications as needed and according to care plan.
- Follow all safety protocols, especially when using lifting equipment.
