Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM-5PM
Hourly Pay Range: $91,077 - $107,016
Supplemental Pay: Based on position, schedule and/or availability:
Mileage and Expense Reimbursement: Sixty-two and a half cents per mile – one of the highest in the industry!

REWARDING WORK YOU WILL DO:
The Business Intelligence Analyst is involved in building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and visualizations of business metrics, ensuring data integrity through mapping, validation, and quality assurance. Additionally, the role includes benchmarking against industry standards, querying data to answer specific questions, and collaborating on new technologies and processes to enhance reporting and analytical capabilities.
- Gathers and analyzes data from various sources to identify patterns, trends and insights for Care Synergy & its affiliates.
- Extracts and analyzes data from Care Synergy enterprise databases, analytics platform and internal systems to identify patterns and trends, transforming data into actionable insights.

Extracts and analyzes data from sources external to Care Synergy to assist in market quantification and referral source / partner identification including, but not limited to:
- Health Pivots
- Tella Marketscape
- Care-Compare

Partners with affiliate leadership and to gain insight into their performance, challenges, and opportunities developing actionable solutions and strategies to address.

Builds and updates dashboards, reports, and visualizations containing Care Synergy business line metrics.

Performs data mapping, standardization, validation, and quality assurance to maintain the highest standards of data integrity throughout the data collection and reporting pipeline.

Defines and monitors comparability across multiple organizations (cohort comparisons or benchmarking) in alignment with industry best practices and peer groups.

Queries data to answer internal or affiliate questions accurately and efficiently.

Collaborates with functional and technical resources to implement and support new technologies and processes, enhancing the analytical and reporting performance of Care Synergy and its affiliates in serving its partners and patients.

WHAT WE ARE GOING TO LOVE ABOUT YOU:
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in statistics, computer science, data science, mathematics or related field is required, master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum Experience: At least 4 years of experience in data analytics, data science, statistics, or related functions.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to lift/carry a minimum of 30 lbs.
