Come join Comfort Care Homecare Inc in Palm Beach County, FL as a Home Health Registered Nurse. We are looking for a compassionate and experienced RN to provide excellent patient care. We are offering Full Time, Part time and Per diem positions .
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring of vital signs
- Develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of Florida
- At least one year of experience as a RN
- Computer literacy and familiarity with electronic medical records
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
