What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Comfort Care Products?
Comfort Care Products has been in the foam fabrication business for over 30 years. Our primary focus is the fabrication of therapeutic mattresses and accessories primarily for the healthcare industry. We are currently offering a career opportunity with our growing medical mattress manufacturing company.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Placing orders and invoicing customer within a timely manner using our billing system.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing.
- Perform data entry to update customer accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Analyze customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the appropriate department.
- Supporting the sales team by conducting outbound calls following up with customers regarding their inquiries or orders.
- Interact with Production to obtain status on order completion dates.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales or other related fields preferred but not required
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Strong phone etiquette and the ability to handle customers with professionalism.
- Proficiency in data entry and computer skill including, but not limited to CRM and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Prior Quickbooks experience a plus.
The individual is ultimately expected to perform these tasks alone or with minimal supervision.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Shift Hours: 8:30AM - 5:00PM
- Overtime: Optional, if needed
- Travel: No
- Position: Full-Time
