Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during the night shift with professionalism and warmth.
- Perform nightly audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in guest billing and account management.
- Handle all front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations, with exceptional customer service skills.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints via phone or in person, providing solutions that enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols of common areas, and controlling access to the property.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure smooth handovers to morning staff.
- Ensure guest areas are clean and maintained.
- Assist with setting up breakfast
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and proficiency with multi-line phone systems.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and a focus on guest relations.
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining alertness and professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Previous experience working in a resort or hotel environment is preferred but not required;
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
