The Comfort Inn Cody is seeking dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agents to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidates will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The shift for this position is 2pm-10pm.
This position is full-time with a wage of $16.50/hour. Uniforms provided, hotel and restaurant discounts.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurately recorded.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly, providing excellent customer service.
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and assist guests with reservations or information requests.
- Maintain services, amenities, and local attractions to provide recommendations to guests.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.
