We are looking to hire a friendly, highly motivated Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to work at our hotel. The Front Desk Clerk is responsible for creating the best guest experience from when they enter our hotel, while they're here, & when they leave. The role includes: checking guests in and out, answering any questions, servicing them with items they may need, working closely with housekeeping, laundry, breakfast & maintenance staff, & and ensuring all of the hotel's policies are followed. Additionally, the Front Desk Clerk will be responsible for nightly audits and maintenance of the lobby, front desk area, and other parts of the property. The ideal candidate is dependable, personable, and enjoys working with people.
Responsibilities:
- Check guests in and out of rooms.
- Answer guest questions and handle complaints.
- Working closely with housekeeping, laundry, breakfast & maintenance staff
- Monitor the hotel lobby, hallways, entrances, and meeting rooms.
