Evenings 3pm-11pm Caregiver

Now hiring 2 evening caregivers.

One position is full time M-TH 3pm-11pm and possible Friday 3p-8pm

One position if part time evenings every other Friday, Saturday, Sunday 3pm-11pm and other others available to make it full time if wanted.

Responsibilities:

• Assistance with ADLs. Activities of Daily Living
• Hands-on personal cares may include assistance with dressing, grooming, incontinence, and hygiene
• Light housekeeping includes cleaning bathroom, living areas, kitchens, dusting, mopping, linen change, vacuuming, laundry, garbage etc.
• Meal planning, cooking and baking
• Conversation and companionship
• Interactive Caregiving
• Assistance with mobility may include use of transfer tools/equipment
• Assistance with medication
• Dementia or Alzheimer’s care
• Communicate with Client Care Coordinator as needed
• Provide proper electronic documentation of shift and cares

Requirements:

• Experience in a caregiving role
• Must be available every other weekend and holiday.
• 21 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• Own reliable transportation, clean driving record, 3 years driving experience
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance and comfortable driving
• Exceptional attendance record
• Successful in all home: hospice, dementia, cats/dogs, & smoking
• DHS and driving record background clearance
• Customer Service Excellence, Professional Boundaries required.
