Qualifications

Experience caring for elderly individuals

Ability to follow care plans and provide clear, timely communication

Mature, responsible, and reliable

Valid driver’s license with current auto insurance

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Patient, compassionate, and professional demeanor
Responsibilities

Prepare and serve nutritious meals

Assist clients with grooming and dressing

Perform light housekeeping tasks

Offer companionship and emotional support

Wash, fold, and iron laundry as needed

Run errands, grocery shop, and provide transportation when required

Assist with recreational and leisure activities

Provide medication reminders

Observe and report changes in the client’s condition, behavior, or appearance

Accurately document details of each visit
