Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, adhering to established cleanliness standards.
- Carry out floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning.
- Launder linens and towels according to specified procedures, ensuring all items are clean and well-presented.
- Sanitize bathrooms and kitchens, ensuring all surfaces are disinfected and hygienic.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests or concerns promptly and courteously.
- Assist with custodial duties as needed, including waste disposal and replenishing supplies.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure efficient operations and high standards of cleanliness.
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is advantageous.
- Ability to perform custodial tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with guests.
- Capability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
