ComfortCare ND is hiring compassionate Caregivers / CNA’s to support elderly and disabled adults in Minot and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Provide mobility support and safe transfers
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Meal preparation and simple errands
- Follow care plans and maintain a safe environment
- Document visit notes when required
- Communicate changes or concerns to the office
Requirements:
- Must be reliable and compassionate
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Able to pass a background check
- Comfortable working independently in a client’s home
- Willing to learn basic caregiving skills
Preferred (NOT required)
- CNA license or caregiving experience
- Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities
- Flexibility for occasional weekends or evenings
Schedule
- Flexible scheduling
- Part-time and PRN opportunities
- Hours grow as new clients are assigned

Compensation
- $16-19 per hour depending on experience
- Mileage reimbursement for travel outside Minot
