What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Loan Support Specialist position at Commercial Bank?
Commercial Bank is seeking candidates with a high level of organization and attention to detail to join our Commercial Loan Support Specialist in our Alma location.
The Commercial Loan Support Specialist is responsible assisting in gathering customer financial information for loan proposal, assist with closing documents/files, provide efficient and friendly service to customers and vendors on the phone and or in person as needed, scanning, typing and clerical work and provide support and assistance to all commercial lenders throughout Commercial Bank.
Experience and Skills:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years banking or related experience or education and should have the following skills:
- A high level of organizational skills
- Effective business writing and professional communication skills
- Minimum of two years' experience utilizing Microsoft Excel, Internet, and related computer skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Must be able to identify priorities and deadlines and determine work schedule to meet those deadlines.
- Willingness and flexibility to work in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- The ability to make decisions within the set parameters.
