JOB DESCRIPTION
Commercial Brokers International is looking to hire self-motivated, entrepreneurial-minded and experienced commercial real estate agents to add to its winning team. CBI is a full-service brokerage operating in West Los Angeles. With over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, we offer our clients and agents unparalleled service!
Our agents receive higher than industry average commission splits and they do NOT reset every year. There are no additional fees like other companies that give higher splits. We have a full-service marketing department that will get you in front of the right people.
Ideal Candidate Should:
-2 or more years’ experience in commercial real estate (required)
-California Real Estate License (required)
-College Degree preferred, but not required
-Excellent Communication Skills
-Superior Phone Etiquette
-A Track Record in Sales
-Ability to Write Cohesively
-Able to Adapt to Economic Challenges
-Positive Attitude and Outlook

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
