CCG is searching for self-starting and self-motivated individual to fill a newly created BI Analyst position primarily dedicated to our Accounting and Finance departments. This position has tremendous visibility, daily interaction with senior management and offers career advancement. The position is located at our headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina. This Analyst will play a critical role in transforming our treasury management and financial operations of a rapidly growing, independent commercial finance company.
Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and integration of applications, workflows and reporting solutions within the Accounting and Finance departments. You will learn, perform, and evaluate the current Accounting, Treasury, financial operations and securitization reporting processes and then develop, enhance, and integrate reporting and technology solutions to optimize the department’s workflow.
- Preparation, analysis and reporting of portfolio balances and performance metrics
- Calculation and reconciliation of borrowing bases and servicer reports
- Cash and Liquidity forecasting
- Data Analysis and creation of large datasets
- Extensive ad-hoc reporting
- Work with other Developers and BI Analysts in a team environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Business, Finance, Computer Science or related field
- Experience using SQL and object-oriented programming language such as Python, C#, etc. (demonstrable coursework can also be included)
- The ability to take ownership of projects and manage multiple simultaneous priorities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Intermediate level of programming knowledge, relational databases, database structures and design, systems design, data management and data warehouse
- Experienced with full software development lifecycle (SDLC), architecting scalable platforms, and agile methodologies
Plus:
- Familiarity with ABS, securitization, structured finance, or rating agencies
- Attention to detail and meticulous organizational skills
- Expert level Excel skills
- Experience using Tableau
