Commercial Lightning Protection LLC is growing and we’re looking for a detail-driven Estimator to join our Pre-Installation/Estimating team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating accurate, professional proposals and change orders that support our construction projects and meet industry standards.

What You’ll Do
- Create project estimates, proposals, and change orders
- Review drawings, specs, and scope documents
- Ensure pricing accuracy for labor, materials, and job costs
- Use estimating software (PlanSwift) and project software (simPRO)
- Communicate with clients and internal teams to clarify scope
- Meet proposal deadlines and margin goals
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 -2 years of construction estimating experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Comfortable with computers and estimating software
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Background check and drug screen required
