Duties
- Respond promptly to on-call requests from management or team leads.
- Assist with various tasks across departments, including but not limited to customer service, administrative support, and project assistance.
- Maintain clear communication with team members regarding availability and task completion.
- Ensure all assigned duties are performed efficiently and effectively, adhering to company standards.
- Participate in training sessions to remain informed about company policies and procedures relevant to the role.
Qualifications

- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living spaces
- Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, such as hallways and lobbies
- Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines

- Experience in commercial cleaning or residential cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques, including stripping and waxing floors
- Familiarity with carpet cleaning methods and equipment
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
