As the Volunteer Coordinator - Hospice, you will have oversight of hospice volunteer program, “hiring”, orienting, supporting, coordinating and supervising volunteers. Coordinates and plans fundraising events. Supports Foundation activities.
Schedule (time, day requirements, etc.): Day shift; no weekends; 3 8 hour days or 5 half days
Qualifications
In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified nursing candidates will need the following:
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required in Social Science, Communications orBusiness. Hospice experience preferred.
Experience Requirements
- One year hospice experience providing support to patients, families or staff preferred.
- Hospice experience preferred.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software programs required.
Licenses/Certification Requirements
- Valid Driver License Required Current driver’s license and auto insurance.
Physical Requirements
- Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)

Pay Range
$20.13 - $30.65 / hour
Salary : $20 - $31
