Responsibilities
The Clinical Pharmacist provides clinical support and distribution services in coordination with physicians and nursing to deliver quality and cost effective drug therapy to patients. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Community Hospital of San Bernardino. It is expected that the employee will demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values. The employee shall support Community Hospital of San Bernardino strategic plan and the goals and direction of the quality improvement process and activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in hospital pharmacy or completion of a pharmacy residency program is required.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy and California State Board of Pharmacy exam with Pharmacy License is required. Pharm D degree is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of computers is required. Experience in unit-dose dispensing IV admixtures pharmacokinetics and TPN is preferred.
