House Supervisor

*Job Summary and Responsibilities*

The House Supervisor Has a Variety Of Responsibilities Including

• Organize and oversee patient care delivery during an assigned shift. Monitors and assess current environment for smooth hospital operation.
• Assess and allocates resources as needed. Provide input to employee performance. Assist in the coaching of staff members.
• Document daily staffing and administrative records and maintains compliance with governmental policies and procedures. Presents documentation to senior staff.
• Provide nursing care to patients on an as needed basis. Maintain communication to patient and family members regarding care needed.
  
  

*Job Requirements*

Minimum

• California RN license
• Associates Degree in Nursing
• At least three (3) years of nursing experience *AND* one (1) year of leadership experience
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
