Responsibilities
- Prepare the operating room for assigned surgical procedures with proper instrumentation and sterilization
- Navigate the nuances of surgical procedures and surgeons you’ll be supporting
- Adapt to the needs of emergency situations
- Provide clean-up and turnover of operating room to prepare for next patient
- Must be able to rotate call and report within 30 minutes, if called for a procedure
We are offering a $5,000 sign on bonus to hires who meet the eligibility requirements. We also offer referral incentives as well as relocation assistance.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing or graduate of an approved surgical technology program (one or two year program)
- Certified Surgical Technician, preferred but not required
- BLS Certification required
- Must be able to rotate call and report within 30 minutes, if called for a procedure
