Our Financial Service Representatives (FSRs) consistently provide quality member service. They professionally handle our members' financial needs including performing account transactions, completing loan applications, opening new memberships, and Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs).
They complete all account maintenance requests, including assistance with account discrepancies, fraud disputes, wire transfers, account closings, etc.
They maintain knowledge of products and services to confidently support the credit union's sales efforts. They consult with members to match credit union products and services with their needs.
The Float Financial Service Representative Senior will be based at our Georgetown Branch on 108 Lawson Drive, KY but will be asked to assist at other branches in Owenton, Lexington and Richmond, as needed.
The duties of a Float Financial Service Representative Senior include, but are not limited to :
- Completing applications for loans, new memberships, accounts and Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs).
- Completing all account maintenance requests, including assistance with account discrepancies, fraud disputes, wire transfers, closing accounts, etc.
- Maintaining knowledge of credit union products and services to confidently support credit union sales efforts.
- Consulting with members to match credit union products and services to their needs.
- Demonstrating abilities and skill set to take on specialized account responsibilities and offering guidance to team members.
SATURDAY HOURS ARE REQUIRED.

Required : High School or GED or better.
