CHHN provides in-home, skilled and unskilled services to seniors, older adults, and those who are disabled.
- Execute and carryout patient's goals as specified by OT
- Provide effective treatments that help improve patients motion and mobility
- Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions
- Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally
- Document patient progress and care services
Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license (required)
- 1 years of OTA experience
