Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Title Assistant located in Phoenix, AZ. The Title Assistant will be responsible for supporting the title department by handling various tasks such as communication with clients, preparing and reviewing title documents, updating title reports, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include assisting with national title coordinating tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Knowledge and experience in Commercial Title
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with SoftPro is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or education is advantageous
