Job Title: Senior Technician - Lead Mosquito and Pest Control Specialist

Leadership and Team Development: Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Develop the team's skills through regular training and ensure adherence to safety and licensing standards.

Operational and Sales Excellence: Manage and conduct advanced mosquito control operations with state-of-the-art equipment. Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues swiftly. Drive sales by promoting services, with a commission incentive for surpassing sales targets.

Scheduling and Fleet Management: Assist the Service Manager with ensuring all schedules services are complete. Assist with making sure all fleet vehicles are properly mainatained and compliant.  Ensure the maintenance, safety, and cleanliness of company vehicles and equipment.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and train a team of technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Oversee the adherence to safety protocols in line with state laws, OSHA regulations, and company policies, including the correct use of safety equipment.
• Manage and operate advanced equipment under various conditions, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of job documentation by the team.
• Schedule and coordinate team activities, ensuring flexibility to meet business needs, including weekend and extended hours.
• Maintain and ensure the cleanliness and safety of company vehicles, promoting responsible operation at all times.
• Lead by example, providing services at client sites with professionalism and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED, with further education or certifications in pest control preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in mosquito and pest control.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team supervision and training.
• Physical capability to lead demanding tasks.
• Flexibility for extended hours and weekend work as needed.
• Must be able to Lift 60 Lb backpack fogger

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting Salary:** $45,000 base with performance-related bonus potential.
• Sales Commission:** 5% on sales over $500, incentivizing superior sales achievements.
