- Manage the maintenance and upkeep of a manufactured housing community in Gresham, Oregon. ">
- Ensure compliance with Facility rules and regulations, as well as governmental codes and requirements. ">
- Collect and deposit rent payments, follow up on late/delinquent rents, and initiate eviction proceedings when necessary. ">
- Promote and rent vacant home and RV spaces, and maintain records of tenant histories. ">
- Maintain and update Facility inventory lists, vendor/supplier lists, and perform various administrative duties. ">
