CommQuest seeks a Customer Service Specialist at our CFC Payee Center on Cleveland Avenue in Canton, Ohio. The Payee Center helps individuals manage their benefits to increase housing retention, reduce financial stress, increase quality of life, and assist consumers with their money as needed. All Payee Center consumers have their own checking account managed by the Payee Center staff.

What you'll do:
- Answer questions in person or by phone to clients
- Handle and process the mail, mail spending checks for each day, complete applications for Payee through the Social Security Administration, and complete recertification packets.
- Print checks already entered or processed
- Enroll clients in Direct Deposit
- Comply with requirements of the Social Security Administration, Veterans Administration, and other governing bodies and agencies
- All other duties as assigned
Schedule:
This is a part-time position Monday through Friday. Must be flexible to cover additional hours as needed and requested by the Supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required
- Associate's degree in Finance or a related field referred. Degree may be substituted for two or more years-experience in a financial setting
- Must have a high degree of discretion and the ability to work independently
