Set up and conduct vibration tests using sine and random vibration methods for product validation.
Perform environmental tests, including vibration, shock, and thermal, on customer pallets and cases.
Generate timely and accurate test reports to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain regular communication with customers for updates and modifications.
Operate and maintain electronic equipment like oscilloscopes, multimeters, and spectrum analyzers.
Analyze data to identify trends and improve processes.
Implement quality assurance measures to meet industry standards and regulations.
Perform accurate testing and ensure equipment calibration.
Conduct package testing on cases and pallets and manage other test setups.
Record test results in inspection reports.
Monitor efficiency and perform quality checks.
Inspect and test products according to quality and safety standards.
Receive and log incoming packages.
Use Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat for data logging and client reports.
Simulate transportation conditions in package testing using various machinery.
Operate hydraulic vibration, compression, drop, rotary, incline impact, and air pressure simulation machines; certified forklift operator.
