What are the responsibilities and job description for the Site Supervisor II position at Community Action Partnership of Kern?
SUMMARY:
Supervise the day to day operations of a child development center, including the supervision of all center staff either directly or indirectly ensuring compliance of all funding source regulations. May work as a teacher in the classroom. To provide a successful, safe and supervised educational setting for children while they are in the center. To promote the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of the children, provide on-going assessment on progress and facilitate transition into kindergarten. Responsible for maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations, policies and procedures.
