About the Role:
As Office Manager, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring smooth front office operations and supporting both clinical and administrative teams. This role is essential in helping our staff deliver services with excellence, compassion, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage reception, phones, clinic scheduling, and patient enrollment
- Provide data support and assist with light fiscal tasks
- Order supplies and coordinate facility maintenance
- Arrange staff travel and accommodations
- Supervise support staff and ensure front desk coverage
- Support leadership with administrative tasks
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and accurate documentation
What We’re Looking For:
- Clinic front office experience with a strong focus on high-quality patient experience and customer service
- Bachelor’s degree in social services, education, or related field — or 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- High proficiency in MS365 (Teams, Excel, etc.)
- Knowledge of trauma-informed practices and community resources
- Valid Wyoming driver’s license and clean DMV history
