Community Health Services is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in our Napoleon office! This is a part-time position, no evenings, weekends or holidays! CHS employs those who are eager to grow professionally, gain great experience and work with a terrific team. The LPN will be responsible for triaging and assessing patients, assisting providers with patient care, patient education, monthly quality checks and logs, and other duties as assigned.
Hours for this position are: Tuesday 8-5 and Thursday 8-5
Qualified candidates must have the following to be considered for employment:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school
- Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Ohio
- Active Basic Life Support Certification
- Minimum of one year experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- EHR experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be well organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work with a culturally diverse group of people
