CAMS (Community Association Management Services) is in search of a full-time Assistant Community Manager to assist in the management of an on-site community located in Columbia, SC. 


The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 9:00 am- 5:30 pm and Saturday 10:00 am- 2:00 pm during the pool, summer seasons. 


Pay Rate: 19.00 hourly


Responsibilities

  • Assist the Community Manager in all aspects of the job
  • Greet, welcome and direct homeowners that come into the office/clubhouse
  • Provide administrative support. ***Must be proficient in software usage/technology
  • Assist with communication to community board of directors
  • Schedule and prepare and attend regular board meetings. Take meeting minutes at the board meetings.
  • Maintain communication with homeowners
  • Prepare homeowner packets
  • Sell real estate signs and monitor inventory
  • Maintain the community owner website
  • Respond to homeowner needs
  • Assist in the analysis of monthly financial reports, learn to create variance reports for the boards of directors
  • Contribute to monthly management reports
  • Contact vendors for community maintenance and special projects
  • Other items as needed and assigned
