Position Overview

We are seeking a Community Association Manager to oversee the daily operations of assigned HOAs, ensuring they run efficiently and in compliance with governing documents. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader, skilled communicator, and problem solver who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between HOA boards, residents, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Provide expert guidance to HOA boards on governance, financials, and strategic planning.
  • Proactively address homeowner concerns and enforce community rules with professionalism.
  • Develop and manage budgets, interpret financial statements, and oversee audits and reserve studies.
  • Ensure communities remain in excellent condition through regular site visits and vendor coordination.
  • Prepare and present reports, take detailed meeting minutes, and facilitate board meetings (including evenings).
  • Stay current on HOA laws, best practices, and industry trends to advise boards effectively.

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for site visits and meetings.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
