What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Practical Nurse position at Community Care Physicians?
Latham Medical Group is looking for an enthusiastic LPN to join their amazing team! This is a large family practice located in the Capital Region Health Park.
This position will give you the opportunity to work alongside Behavioral Health Consultants, Clinical Pharmacists, Certified Diabetes Educators, and Population Health Specialists. There are opportunities available for clinical training and education!
The practice is open to both full-time and part-time employees! The hours available are daytime Monday- Friday, no weekends!
**$3,000 recruitment/retention bonus!!**
Typical day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Prepare patient for visit as appropriate, based on office/provider requirements.
- Obtain specimens (i.e., urine, blood, etc.) from patients as directed by the provider.
- Perform clinical office procedures as directed by the provider (i.e. PFT, EKG, nebulizer, medication administration and immunizations)
- Discuss test results with patients per provider's instructions.

Annual salary range: $21.82 - $32.73
