Colfax Community Child Care Center is hiring a Preschool Support Teacher!
The Support teacher will serve as a positive role model to the staff, parents and children. The support teacher will supervise the group of children and ensure the implementation of the curriculum. The support teacher will also take the lead role when the Lead teacher is absent/planning.
Preferred Qualifications: An BS/BA degree with the equivalent of 30 college quarter credits in early childhood education or a valid Washington State Teaching Certificate with an endorsement in Early Childhood Education (Pre-K-Grade3) or Early Childhood Special Education. Employees may be provisionally hired if they agree to sign a Professional Development Plan describing how the employee will meet qualifications.
